Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”), the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without providing any reason, within 14 days from receipt of the products.

Return Conditions
The right of withdrawal may be exercised under the following conditions:

products must be unopened, unused, and intact, complete with the original packaging

products must be returned in conditions suitable for resale
-
return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified
-
the request must be made within 14 days from order issuance
Refund
Once the integrity of the returned products has been verified, the seller will process the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Exclusions
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

sealed food products which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, if opened after delivery
-
products which, by their nature, are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
